4. Adolf “the ‘stache” Hitler
5. George W “I Dub Ya Incompetent” Bush (throw in Dick Cheney too)
6. Jeffrey “Gay Black Dude Eater” Dahmer
7. Osama “Don’t call me Obama” Bin Laden
8. Casey “Partying missing girl mom” Anthony
9. Robert “the ‘stache part 2″ Mugabe
10. Spencer “The Prat” Pratt (and everyone else on the Hills for that matter)

I’d prolly swap 3 with 1 cos more people suffered and died (suicide etc). I do sympathise with Elizabeth Fritzl and her kids, but I guess that Madoff guy caused more grief to even more ppl, no? Heck, they’d prolly be a tie at no.1.
Though, you could argue that the victims in the Fritzl case was poor defenseless underaged children and Bernie Madoff’s are rather well off people (or used to be) who put their money in the wrong place. Well, I guess it sucks to have worked hard for your money to see it vanish in a blink.
How about Lindsay “can’t act, can’t sing” Lohan?
She’s not THAAAAAAT annoying. I mean, come oooooon! The ditzes on the Hills, The Real OC, whatever reality shows like those are definitely worse. Oh wait, I kinda forgot Sarah Palin now come to think of it. Now she’s def worse than Lindsay. Come oooooooon!
